Olive: We provide 1 year warranty and lifetime service. You can contact us at any time if you have any questions. However, if you need to replace the parts after the warranty period, you will need to pay for the parts and shipping costs.
Q: If some parts break and need to be changed, where should I get them? Do I need to pay?
Olive: if some parts break, we will send new new one to you. if it is in warrany, we will give them for free. if out of the warranty, you need to pay for them.
Q: What is the warranty?
Olive: We will provide 1 year free warranty, lifelong service. Within 1 year, any problem, you just need to take photos and videos, we will guide you how to fix, if need new replacement parts, will send you by courier for free. After 1 year, we will provide service too, just the spare parts not free.
Q: Can you supply our own user manaul ?
Olive: Yes, if needed, we can help you to design your own user manual and print it.
