Product Description
The OXYAIR OLV-YZD01 is a single-person hard-shell hyperbaric chamber with an adjustable operating pressure of 1.3–2.0 ATA. It brings together a spacious seated interior, dedicated oxygen delivery, controls on both sides of the chamber and a complete set of supporting equipment.
For clinics and wellness businesses, the single-seat format provides a private session space. For the person inside, the emphasis is on a comfortable seat, an open view and controls they can reach during the session.

A large 900 mm viewing window lets the user see outside the chamber and allows an operator to maintain visual contact. Inside, an electric seat makes it easy to adjust the sitting position. Air conditioning, lighting, a side table and a 24″ entertainment screen make the cabin feel more welcoming during use.
The intercom also gives the user a direct way to speak with someone outside. Together, these details address an important part of the experience: how the chamber feels once a person is actually inside it.

The chamber is pressurized with air. Oxygen is delivered directly to the user through a dedicated BIBS mask, while a separate pathway carries exhaled gas outside the chamber. This keeps the breathing pathway separate from the air used to pressurize the cabin.
For a clinic, the distinction makes the system easier to explain to clients. For the user, the mask provides a dedicated route for breathing oxygen during the session. A nasal cannula configuration is also supported; the appropriate setup should follow the product operating guidance.

The OLV-YZD01 has a 21.5″ exterior touchscreen and a 15.6″ interior touchscreen. Both sides can display operating information, including chamber pressure, the pressure curve and session status.
An operator can monitor and control the session from outside. The person inside can also view information and use the interior controls, which is particularly useful when the chamber is being used by one person.
The exterior pressure gauge gives the operator a direct reading of chamber pressure. The system also includes automatic pressure relief, manual pressure release and an emergency release device. Manual release is available as a backup, including during a power outage, as described in the product training materials.
Emergency stops are accessible inside and outside the chamber. An intercom lets the user speak with the operator during a session. These features give both sides ways to monitor conditions, communicate and respond when needed. Use and maintenance should always follow the product’s safety instructions.

The control system includes seven preset programs and a separate manual setting option. A preset provides a ready-to-select combination of operating parameters. In manual mode, the user can adjust session time, target pressure and the speed of pressure changes according to the supplied operating instructions.
The screen shows the selected program and live session information, so it is easier to see what the chamber is doing as the session progresses. Program names describe settings in the interface; they should not be presented as promises of medical results.

The chamber body is made from Q345R pressure vessel steel. Its large PMMA viewing window is integrated into the hard-shell structure, giving the user a clear outward view.
Close-up photographs of the chamber body, window edge and finished interior help buyers inspect the actual construction. Specifications and material information describe how the product is built; any testing results should be reviewed through the corresponding product reports.

The OLV-YZD01 is supplied with a single-person chamber, oxygen concentrator, air compressor and air-conditioning unit. The standard accessories listed in the training materials include a BIBS mask, a standard oxygen mask, an electrical control box and an antistatic mat.
These supporting units need their own space and connections. When reviewing the product composition image, match each unit to its label and use the final packing list to confirm quantities and supplied accessories for the order.
This model is generally lifted and positioned as a complete chamber unit. Before placing an order, review the route from delivery point to final location, including entrances, turns and lifting access. The chamber weighs approximately 950 kg, so floor capacity and the method of positioning it also need to be assessed.
The installation plan should account for the chamber and supporting units, electrical supply and grounding, compressed air and oxygen connections, cooling-water connections and drainage. Confirm final clearances and connection locations against the engineering drawings for the actual site.
We provide product operation training and safety training so customers can understand the controls, standard operating steps and safety procedures. After-sales technical support is available for product-related questions.
Product test reports are available upon request. If you are planning a clinic room or comparing equipment configurations, contact our team with your site details so we can review the system and installation requirements with you.
